Returns & Exchanges

At GILDED, you are welcome to inspect your order before accepting it:

You may check the product upon delivery to ensure it matches your order.
You may try on the product while the courier is present, before accepting the package.
If you decide not to accept the package, or wish to replace an item, it must be returned to the courier immediately while they are still at the delivery location.

Once you have received and accepted the package and the courier has left, the order is considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this point.
